We have built many solar panels now using DIY solar power kits like Earth4Energy and Home Made Energy.
Without these great resources we would not have been able to do it! It was a bit technical to start with (keep in mind i'm not at all mechanically minded) but I figured it out quickly enough!
Good stuff guys like the rest of your alternative energy site too!
